We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we would let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
At this time, the Secret Box is available for delivery only in the United Kingdom, FREE of delivery charge. Secre Boxes are dispatched during the first two weeks of March, June, September and December.
All purchases will be shipped with our customized boxes and pouches. shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail or Airsure / International Signed For. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

RETURNS
astrid & miyu wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if the goods do not meet your expectations you may return us the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
In order to initiate any return or exchange please email customercare@astridandmiyu.com with the following information: your name, order/invoice number, reason for returning the item/items, whether you would like a refund or exchange. We cannot offer exchange or return for items which have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return.
Make sure to secure all items (in original packaging) and remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund or exchange is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Unless the item is faulty or dispatched in an error, if the reason for return or exchange is due to change of mind, the customer will pay for return postage and packaging.
On receipt of the returned items we will issue you a refund or exchange within 7 days in the same payment method.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items dispatched in error
In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, please email us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item.
Faulty items
astrid & miyu makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should email customercare@astridandmiyu.com within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.
Secret box items
Unless the items are faulty at delivery, products included in the Secret Box are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. In case the Box is delivered with a faulty item, please notify via customercare@astridandmiyu.com within 7 days of receipt for an exchange.
