Whilst the issue was rectified and a replacement was sent out, 1 of the earrings I received would not clasp shut. When I contacted customer service they told me to mould/move the latch and attached a patronising video showing me how to do this. I did as instructed, the earring clasped shut but then wouldn?t open again. I was asked to send a video of proof, despite doing exactly as they told me to do. With regards to how expensive the jewellery is I shouldn?t have to ?mould/move it? to get it work, and would expect the price to be relative to the quality.
Pretty but I?m not sure they?re reflective of the price. As as certain angles the design seems cheap
