Anywhere you have a fully healed piercing! Our chains are designed to link your favourite spots, from front-to-back or piercing-to-piercing. Just a heads up, if you’re having an Ear Story Chain® fitted in-store, the team can only attach to Astrid & Miyu jewellery.

It depends on the type of chain you choose.

1. Pre-made Earring Chains can be purchased in store or online and fitted at home by yourself. Simply remove the back of your piercing stud (on a healed piercing only), slide the Earring Chain onto the post, pop the back securely back on, and you’re ready to go.

1. Custom Ear Story Chains are made-to-measure pieces crafted by an expert jeweller during your in-store appointment. Once your jeweller has created your chain, it will be professionally fitted by one of our piercers.

You’re covered. Just like the rest of our jewellery pieces, our Ear Story Chains come with a 1 year warranty. But if anything doesn't feel quite right, just reach out to our Customer Connection team.

Since custom Ear Story Chains are so personal, and made-to-measure just for you, we handle returns a little differently. We can’t accept returns on custom Ear Story Chain unless they're faulty.

Pre-made Earring Chains can be returned if they're unworn, with no signs of wear or damage and in their original condition and packaging.

No, you don't have to. If you're already stacked in A&M jewels, our piercers can attach your chain to the jewellery you're already wearing. It's a good excuse for a new piercing stud though!
