How to join Club A&M

Become a member
Everyone’s invited to join Club A&M. If you were already part of our loyalty program you’ll be a member automatically, or you can click here to join today. Shopping IRL? Ask in-store and we’ll create your membership for you.

This is the easy part. Log into your account and shop new jewels online & in-store, and you’ll earn points on what you spend.

Earn
There are so many ways to earn extra points. Telling us your birthday, following A&M on social and writing a review to name a few. Head to the ‘rewards’ section on your account to find out more - loyalty points are only a few clicks away.

Redeem
For every 1,000 points you earn, a reward voucher will be unlocked. Your point balance and reward vouchers will display at the top of your membership account. Once you’ve unlocked a voucher, it’ll be available to spend in your account at checkout online, or at the till in-store.

Sign up here and create an account by entering your name, email address and password. Joining Club A&M is free and becoming a member has many benefits. To unlock even more perks ensure you also opt into marketing emails to be notified of new collection launches, promotions & birthday rewards.

If you are shopping online, ensure you are logged into your Club A&M account. The easiest way to redeem your points is at checkout where you will see a box where you can enter how many points you wish to redeem. An alternative way to redeem points is via the loyalty landing page, where you can redeem points as a voucher which you can then enter at checkout.
If you are shopping in a store, let the store stylist know that you have points to spend & they will be able to redeem them for you.
Log in to your Club A&M account and you will see your points balance at the top of the page. We will also show you your current tier.
Points take up to 14 days to be added to your account, so these points will be available to redeem after that period. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Connection Team.

No you won't. You will begin to earn points from the day you created your Club A&M account.
You are limited to receiving 1000 loyalty points per calendar month for recycling jewellery with us. If you recycle jewellery on 2 separate occasions in the same month, you will only be awarded points for the first occasion.

Tier points last 12 months, to maintain your tier you must maintain the yearly spend with us to stay in your tier.
Don't worry! Head to your membership section and under 'recent activity' you should be able to click on your last redemption and see your code.
Your points expire after 12 months if left un-redeemed. Once you redeem your points, a code will appear to be used.
To receive your birthday reward, you must give us your birthday 24 hours in advance. You will receive your points after 2pm on the day of your birthday.
