Job responsibilities

You will be working as an Assistant Concession Manager at our Selfridges London Concession.

Core responsibilities


  • Supporting Concession Manager in general team management and training.
  • Bringing ideas and effort to achieve store target.
  • Improving team customer service to be extraordinary.
  • Selling Astrid & Miyu product.
  • Make sales efficient by proper understanding of the product and services.
  • Greeting and assisting customers, giving advice and guidance.
  • Replying to customer's queries via phone or email.
  • Being responsible for cash and card payments, as well as dealing with customers’ returns.
  • Assisting with running our piercing studio.
  • Supporting concession manager with reporting, managing the team, stock management and maintaining budgets
  • Keeping up to date with promotions.
  • Responsible for security and safety within the store, reporting anything concerning to the manager.
  • Keeping store tidy and clean at all times.
  • Occasionally supporting A&M team in the head office, or other stores or popups.

    • Enthusiastic and hard working.
    • Passionate about the Astrid & Miyu brand.
    • A team player.
    • Excellent in customer services.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Previous retail experience necessary.
    • Able to work efficiently and independently.
    • Responsible and punctual.
