Episode 1: Amanda Morgan, Managing Director at Diptyque & Byredo UK

Amanda was one of the first employees at cult brand, Dyptique, and has since then worked her way up the company from Area Manager to Managing Director. Amanda also looks after Byredo, another cult brand, and has used her skills to mentor young professionals at OK Mentor. A close friend of Connie's, Amanda will be talking about leadership, staying ahead and giving back.


Episode 2: Orlagh McCloskey and Henrietta Rix, Founders of Rixo

Henrietta and Orlagh met at university, studying a fashion management degree at the London College of Fashion and have been friends ever since. After noticing a gap in the market - the lack of vintage-inspired dresses at an attainable price, the first RIXO sketches were created in the living room of their university shared house in 2015. Since then, the brand has grown massively and is stocked at major stores all over the world!


Episode 3: Charlotte Williams, Founder of SevenSix Agency

Charlotte Williams, marketing consultant & influencer, has built SevenSix Agency, where diversity is at the core of everything they do. The idea stemmed from Charlotte's past experiences in the fashion industry, as she was almost always the only black person, or even sometimes person of colour, in the room.


Episode 4: Victoria Prew, Founder of Hurr

Victoria Pew, Founder of Hurr & part of Forbes' 30 under 30 list, will be speaking about how she has revolutionised the fashion game. Hurr is an online platform where you can rent or loan clothes from luxury fashion brands - Victoria has successfully made a brand focussed on sustainability, whilst still being trendy & accessible.


Episode 5: Nina Patel, Retail Innovation Director at FarFetch

Nina is the Retail Innovation Director at Farfetch, the online luxury fashion store. A close friend of Connie's, Nina will be chatting about her role, and how she is working towards Farfetch's vision of being 'the global technology platform for luxury fashion, connecting creators, curators and consumers.'


Episode 6: Ade Hassan, Founder of Nubian Skin

Launched in 2014 by Ade Hassan, Nubian Skin is a global brand, stocked at Nordstrom & Asos. Ade has always had an entrepreneurial streak, and has wanted to launch a business due to her parents' driven attitude. Connie will be speaking to Ade about her vision of a lingerie brand for people of colour, and how she has been so successful from the outset of starting her brand!
