Job responsibilities

You will be working as a Concession Manager in Selfridges London. You will have an opportunity to learn and gain training.

  • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
  • Organising Rotas and Holidays
  • Assign responsibilities to store staff
  • Assisting and hosting Team meetings
  • Management meetings
  • Managing budgets
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Overseeing pricing and stock control
  • Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Liaising with head office
  • Liaising with Selfridges management
  • Managing and training store staff
  • Keeping paper work tidy and completed within deadlines
  • Bringing ideas and effort to achieve store target
  • Improving team customer service to be extraordinary
  • Selling Astrid & Miyu product
  • Make sales efficient by proper understanding of the product and services
  • Greeting and assisting customers, giving advice and guidance
  • Replying to customer's queries via phone or email and supporting and training staff to do so
  • Being responsible for cash and card payments, as well as dealing with customers’ returns
  • Responsible for accurate recording of cash and takings
  • Assisting with running our piercing studio, maintain standards alongside our piercing manager
  • Monthly & weekly store reports
  • Managing the sales team
  • Keeping track and ensuring team record KPI’s
  • Sorting deliveries, updating stock levels
  • Keeping up to date with promotions
  • Responsible for security and safety within the store
  • Creating a loyal customer base
  • Keeping store tidy and clean at all times
  • Occasionally supporting A&M team in the head office, or other stores or popups
