Job responsibilities

 

An exciting opportunity to join Astrid & Miyu’s marketing team and assist with the brands increasingly growing global gifting and micro influencer strategy.  As the Marketing Assistant you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our global influencer network, ensuring that A&M products are seen on a huge range of micro influencers and increasing our brand awareness. You will also be supporting with our global development, sending out product and marketing material to press, influencers, PR agencies and brand partners.

You will be working under the Brand Marketing Manager and assisting with marketing activity across the Brand marketing, international and social teams.

Core responsibilities


  • Assisting with sending out product gifting to a huge range of global influencers (UK, US, DE in particular)
  • Putting through product orders via our warehouse system to influencers, press, PR agencies and brand partners – monitoring delivery and tracking movement
  • Liaising with postal companies (Royal Mail /DHL/FEDEX) for any shipment issues
  • Updating gifting reports – keeping track of orders and spend throughout the month
  • Updating shared folders with latest marketing materials in global currencies
  • Working with Brand Marketing, Social & Design Associates to provide creative briefs to influencers
  • Researching and reaching out to new micro influencers in new and existing markets who you think are a good fit for A&M and updating our influencer database
  • Tracking & monitoring social coverage via influencer gifting – ensuring gifted influencers are aligning to the briefs given
  • Assisting with collating coverage from influencers and keeping all folders up to date
  • Assisting with monthly coverage reports
  • Working closely with social, CRM & paid, brand, international teams to provide them with any product send outs / admin tasks
  • Actively involved in all marketing meetings – bringing new campaign ideas to the table
  • Attending any store / external marketing events where needed
  • Carry out other responsibilities that naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position

    • Entry Level experience

    • Social media / influencer obsessed – you are on all of the main social platforms and love to keep up with all the latest trends
    • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines – we’re a fast growing, forward thinking company where collaboration is key
    • A keen interest in the influencer marketing world and the value it adds to brands from macro – micro influencers
    • Highly organised and motivated to grow both our brand and your personal skills
    • A positive team player – You will be working across integrated marketing projects in a close-knit team
    • Word, powerpoint, excel proficient
    • Strong written skills and attention to detail
    • Organisational skills – You will be responsible for adding to our influencer database, monthly reports and keeping track of all product send outs
    • A love of all things fashion and jewellery
