Job responsibilities

We are looking for an entry level CRM assistant to help grow and support the retail channel. You will be required to assist with promoting and driving awareness to our retail stores through email and CRM. You will be reporting directly to the Senior CRM & Campaign Associate and building strong relationships directly with each retail store.

  • Work closely with retail staff to grow our customer database & help to build a loyal community around each store location
  • Build and create an email calendar to drive awareness for all retail stores and events
  • Create engaging content for retail focused campaigns
  • Building the retail customer database
  • Uploading all service customer data on to CRM
  • Assist with other day to day CRM and email tasks

  

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Graduate level qualification or equivalent, studies in Marketing
  • Eager to learn and progress in Email marketing and CRM
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident on Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
