Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later and is available at checkout. Once you've placed your order using Klarna, you'll receive an email from them within 2 days with payment instructions, you will also receive your usual Astrid & Miyu confirmation email. You'll then have 30 days to complete the payment online.

We’ve really missed seeing you all brighten up our stores every day. Protecting your health and wellbeing as well as our staff is the most important thing for us, which is why only half of our locations will be opening to begin with. These are –

We’ll keep you all updated as to when our remaining store locations will be open alongside our piercing/tattoo services.

We will be implementing the following precautions in store –

Protecting you and our staff

All of our staff will be wearing reusable visors, disposable gloves and masks to ensure the safety of both themselves and our customers.

Social distancing in store

There will be clear social distancing guidelines throughout the store and a strict one way system. We will be limiting the number of customers in store and hosting will support the implementation of these guidelines.

Walk ins welcome

We will be continuously monitoring store capacity so to adhere to government guidelines of social distancing. *Please note: on particularly busy days, you will be required to queue outside the store.

Sanitising stations

We are installing hand sanitising stations throughout the stores and encouraging all customers to use these.

‘No touch’ policy for displays

There will be a strict no touch policy for all display jewellery. We will be utilising props and disposable gloves to allow customers to hold earrings close to their ears.

Cleaning rotations

We will be implementing a frequent cleaning schedule for the shop floor and back of house areas.

Going cashless

Contactless payment is available in every store and all till areas will be sanitised after every use. Please note that no cash will be accepted our stores.

Retail Services

These will not be available until the government gives further instructions around these type of services (piercing, tattoo, welding). In the meantime, we have our services gift cards with 10% off and to be given early access to our booking system for these, please sign up to the waiting list below

Other Important Measures

 

Each store will have an appointed ‘Covid’ representative, who is trained in detail on all health & safety measures to train their teams and uphold the standards. All teams will understand the latest government guidance regarding COVID-19 and are familiar with the process to follow if showing symptoms.
