Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Astrid & Miyu will offer promotional codes at points of sale. Astrid & Miyu has the right to further reduce its products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

Please note that the below terms apply:

 

• Welcome Offer: Welcome discounts are for new customers only and are one time use. They cannot be combined with any other promotion code and are not valid in any Astrid & Miyu concessions. It will not be valid on stacking sets, advent calendars, gift sets, in store services or gift cards.
• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
• Astrid & Miyu reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
• Refunds will take into account the discount.
• If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.
• Offers do not include delivery charges or gift wrap.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
• Blue Light Discount can only be used once by customers. Excludes sale items, stacking sets, gift cards, in-store services and solid gold jewellery. Cannot be combined with any other promotion or be redeemed in conjunction with loyalty points. Only valid with a Blue Light Card account.
  

• Refer A Friend Piercing Offer - UK: The referrer is offered 2000 loyalty points or £20 off subject to a minimum spend of £50 for each friend who purchases for the first time. The free piercing offer entitles the Referred friend to the waiver of the £20 piercing service charge. They must still pay for the piercing jewellery.

  Refer A Friend Piercing Offer - EU: The referrer is offered 2000 loyalty points or 20% off subject to a minimum spend of €60 for each friend who purchases for the first time. The free piercing offer entitles the Referred friend to the waiver of the €20 piercing service charge. They must still pay for the piercing jewellery.

  Refer A Friend Piercing Offer - USA: The referrer is offered 2000 loyalty points or 20% off subject to a minimum spend of $70 for each friend who purchases for the first time. The free piercing offer entitles the Referred friend to the waiver of the $20 piercing service charge. They must still pay for the piercing jewellery.

• Refer A Friend: Referrer and referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions in a single order. 
• Loyalty: Rewards are valid online and in-store but cannot be combined with any other promotion. Rewards cannot be redeemed at Selfridges or Fenwick concessions. Rewards are not valid on gift cards. One use per customer. Any Loyalty points earned on additional orders will appear in your account 14 days after purchase. Points are valid for 12 months. 
• Birthday Rewards: You will receive loyalty points into your account on the day of your birthday. To be notified of this you must be opted into emails.
• Reviews: Loyalty points can only be given for reviews once per calendar week, regardless of the amount of rewards submitted.
• Recycling Scheme: You are limited to receiving 250 loyalty points every 3 months for recycling jewellery with us. Jewellery you bring for recycling must be A&M jewellery only, and we can only recycle sterling silver pieces.
