We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 12pm. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next working day.
Please note that due to delays at Royal Mail your delivery may take a few extra days to reach you.
International deliveries may be delayed by a few days due to low staffing within shipping/delivery companies but we are doing all we can to ensure they leave our warehouse on time.
All purchases will be shipped with our signature boxes. Shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail for all UK orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.
All international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a faster delivery and more reliable. For orders in the US, Canada and Australia, we ship using DPD for a 3-6 (working) day delivery. *Please note, DPD require a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
**Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into Russian Federation.
*** For outside the EU the customer is responsible for all customs charges. Please note not all European countries are part of the EU.

When ordering online, there's an option to 'collect at store' at the checkout. This service is available for both of our London stores and when selecting this, your order will be sent directly to your chosen stores. Once it's arrived in store, you will receive an email to notify you and please bring ID on collection.

All orders both UK and international are delivered by Royal Mail. Astrid & Miyu can accept no responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee. Only Next day delivery can be tracked at every stage.

Exchanges and Returns
*Please note, returns may take longer than usual due to current circumstances, please do email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item so we can look into resolving this before returning.
We have also extended our returns period and are willing to be very lenient with timescales, please do get in touch with customer care if you have any concerns regarding this.
We are happy to accept returns of unwanted items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please complete and include the returns slip that was sent with your original purchase so we can process your request swiftly. All UK returns and exchanges are free of charge with the returns label included in your parcel. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for any International / European orders. International customers will need to send any unwanted items back at their own expense.
We do accept refunds on all ear cuffs, however, we do not accept refunds on earrings including huggies and clickers.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary.
Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via an A&M Gift Card, we will issue you a new credit note.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Astrid & Miyu jewellery. Our customer service team would be happy to assist – Please email email@example.com before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of the next steps.
We do not accept returns on any sample sale, sale products or engraved items.
If you would like to return an item you originally bought from one of our A&M Stockists or concessions, please return it directly to them.
For refund requests on a gift, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase. Please return with the filled out returns form. If you haven’t received this, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and they can sort this out for you. We are however happy to offer you a gift card if you attach the gift receipt to the products you’re sending back to us.
To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
Astrid & Miyu reward Points are for one-time use and non-refundable. If you return an order, the points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the GBP value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total refund.
