Free Extended Returns
Treating your nearest and dearest to A&M this year? We’re extending our returns period for orders placed from 29th October - 23rd December, so they can return their jewels until 31st January. Gifting has never been so stress free.
For returns outside of this period:
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. We are happy to take back unwanted items (except socks, aftercare solution and personalised products, including engraving and monogramming).
The Advent Calendars can be returned until 1st December 2025.
Instant Exchange
Don’t want to wait for your new jewels? You can use our Instant Exchange method, and we’ll send out your new order as soon as you’ve registered a return (so you don’t have to wait for it to arrive back to us!).
