Avoid Water
Do not place next to heater, window, air conditioner or in the bathroom. Do not wear in the pool.

Remove jewellery when exercising, or any other demanding physical work, as sweating causes the jewellery to tarnish.

Storing in our original boxes or pouches is the best way to keep your jewellery. A zip plastic bag is a great alternative if no longer have the packaging.

Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewellery. Perfumes and lotions will tarnish the jewellery.

Treating your nearest and dearest to A&M this year? We’re extending our returns period for orders placed from 29th October - 23rd December, so they can return their jewels until 31st January. Gifting has never been so stress free.
For returns outside of this period:
We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. We are happy to take back unwanted items (except socks, aftercare solution and personalised products, including engraving and monogramming).
The Advent Calendars can be returned until 1st December 2025.
