What material are Astrid & Miyu jewellery made of?

Our jewellery is made of plated brass and all stones are cubic zirconia. We offer 3 platings: 18ct rose gold, 14ct gold and rhodium. Some pieces are also available in gunmetal plating. All earring posts are sterling silver. All our jewellery is nickel free.


How do I care for my A&M jewellery?

We recommend storing your costume jewellery in original boxes and pouches or alternatively in zip plastic bag. Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, pool, gym or spraying it with scents or cosmetics so that they are kept away from liquids. Click here for further advice.

How do I know my ring size?

The majority of our rings available are adjustable and therefore should fit most people.

Our stacking rings are available in 4 different sizes: UK L/US 6, UK M/US 6.5, UK N/US 7, and UK P/US 8. For a detailed size chart please click here.


How do I use my gift vouchers and coupon codes

For both Coupon codes and gift vouchers, these need to be entered at the checkout page (the third step labelled 'discount code'). For any gift vouchers please enter in the box GIFT VOUCHER CODE and for any coupon codes, please enter in the box COUPON CODE.

Please note that you can't use multiple codes in one transaction. Your discount will then be applied at the final stage of the checkout.


Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, when you have placed the goods into your shopping bag and started the checkout process, you can select Guest Checkout. This means we will only collect the minimum amount of details from you to process your order and you will not be required to create an account.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know.

For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. When ordering an item on pre-order, you will receive an email to notify you that your item is on pre-order.

Domestic UK orders should reach you within 5 business days and international order should reach you within 15 business days. If your orders hasn't arrived within this time frame, please contact us with all your details so we are able to locate your package.


Do you ship to my country?

We deliver Globally to all countries apart from Russian Federation due to certain regulations. International shipping charges apply.


Can I track my parcel?

All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, only Express delivery, Next Day delivery and International deliveries can be tracked. If you would like to track your order, please email us at [email protected] and we can provide the necessary information for you.


What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?

Once we have dispatched the goods, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail [email protected]


How will my jewellery be packed?

All orders will be shipped with our signature boxes or pouches wrapped in a delicate tissue paper. We also offer gift wrapping option.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept online instant payment as well as payment made over the phone (to contact our office click here). Customers can make purchase either via PayPal, SagePay (debit or credit card payments) or Alipay- all fast and secure online payment getaways, which accept all major debit and credit cards. What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

When would I be charged for my order?

All payments will be taken on completion of order, please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show in your bank account


What if I change my mind about the product?

In order to initiate any return or exchange please email [email protected] with the following information: your name, order number, reason for returning the item(s), whether you would like a refund or exchange. All returns should be returned in their original packaging. More details find on our Returns Page.


Can I return earrings?

Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

Can I shop and save with Astrid & Miyu?

Yes you can. Sign up to our Rewards program. Every time you make a purchase you can earn points based on the price of the piece purchased and these points are added to your reward points balance. Use the points to receive discounts on your future purchases.
