For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Pre-Order items purchased on express delivery will be sent within 1-2 days of the item being back in stock. When ordering an item on pre-order, Items will be shipped together, unless requested otherwise. Please note, availability dates are an estimate and not always accurate.
Our jewellery is made of plated brass or sterling silver. We offer 3 platings: 18ct rose gold, 14ct gold and rhodium. All earring posts are sterling silver. All stud earring backs are brass based.
All of our pieces are packed in small individual branded boxes. Gift-wrap is available with an additional charge; this option is available for each individual item at the check out. Our gift-wrap service includes your box being beautifully wrapped with designed paper and branded ribbon. There is an extra option to also add a branded gift bag to your order. The majority of our rings available are adjustable and therefore should fit most people. Our stacking rings are available in 4 different sizes: UK L/US 6, UK M/US 6.5, UK N/US 7, and UK P/US 8.
For both Coupon codes and gift vouchers, these need to be entered at the checkout page (box labelled 'gift card or discount code'). Please note that you can't use multiple codes in one transaction. Your discount will then be applied at the final stage of the checkout.
Yes, when you have placed the goods into your shopping bag and started the checkout process, you can select Guest Checkout. This means we will only collect the minimum amount of details from you to process your order and you will not be required to create an account.
We deliver Globally to all countries apart from Russian Federation due to certain regulations. International shipping charges apply.
All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, only Express delivery, Next Day delivery and International deliveries can be tracked. If you would like to track your order, you can do so by logging in to your customer account. Otherwise, please message us on our Live Chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide the necessary information for you.
Once we have dispatched the goods, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail email@example.com.
All orders will be shipped with our signature boxes or pouches wrapped in a delicate tissue paper. We also offer gift wrapping option.

All payments will be taken on completion of order, please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show in your bank account. This depends on your payment provider.
In order to initiate any return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: your name, order number, reason for returning the item(s), whether you would like a refund or exchange. All returns should be returned in their original packaging. More details find on our Returns Page. Yes you can. Sign up to our Rewards program. Every time you make a purchase you can earn points based on the price of the piece purchased and these points are added to your reward points balance. If you have a promotional code to use on our site (lucky you!), it's easy enough - just start checkout and in the section to the right of the address field, enter the code in the box labelled 'Gift card or discount code'. Click 'Apply' and if your basket meets the conditions of the offer, your code will apply. Please note sale or discounted items & solid gold are excluded from all promotional codes unless specified otherwise.
Our warehouse is strictly following guidelines set out by the world health organisation and local authorities. Stringent regular cleaning and safety measures are in place to ensure safety when packing customers orders.
Deliveries: Royal Mail will not ask for signatures when handing over parcels to customers. When there is a need to deliver a parcel that won't fit through a letterbox, Royal Mail will place the parcel at the door, having knocked on the door the driver will them move a safe distance away while you retrieve the item.
Returns: We have now extended our returns policy to 2 months after purchase for items orders placed after March 1st to April 15th. (please note that our returns policy excludes earrings) Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation very closely and will be in touch if there is any update to your order/exchange/refund.
