We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know.

All purchases will be shipped with our reduced packaging option. For more information about our packaging please visit our packaging page. All shipments for UK Standard and Next Day Delivery is arranged via UK Royal Mail or Evri. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

All international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a more reliable and faster delivery service. We do also offer faster services for Europe and USA from our EU and US Astrid and Miyu online stores.

 

Delivery Options

UK Delivery

Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next working day. All of our next day delivery shipments are arranged via Royal Mail or Evri.  Northern Ireland deliveries will be Royal Mail delivery only.


Please note during peak periods we are not able to guarantee Next day delivery.

Europe Delivery

If you’re based in the EU please visit eu.astridandmiyu.com.  We have express delivery options as well faster standard delivery times.

Orders from our site eu.astridandmiyu.com are sent via Landmark or DHL. Please note we currently do not ship to Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Malta and Romania.  Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into Russian Federation and Switzerland. There will be customs fees for all orders outside of the UK.

International Delivery

If you’re based in the US please visit our site us.astridandmiyu.com. Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into Russian Federation.

For all international orders, please write the full address in English at the checkout. Please note there will be customs fees for all orders outside of the UK.

US Delivery

If you’re based in the US or Canada please visit our US site here us.astridandmiyu.com

Orders to the US & Canada will be shipped via OCS/USPS. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped. Please note, OCS/USPS require a signature and therefore cannot deliver to PO Boxes. There will be customs fees for all orders outside of the UK.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

All our UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, only express delivery and next day delivery can be tracked. If you would like to track your order please email us at customercare@astridandmiyu.com and we can provide the necessary information for you.

Exchanges & Returns

We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive period. In addition to our standard returns policy, all online and in-store purchases from the 20th November 2022 can be returned for a refund until 31st January 2023.

We offer refunds & exchanges as long as they are within 28 days of the date of purchase, and are eligible for return. Please check below for more information.

For all refunds and exchanges, please use our Online Returns Portal.

Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

Earrings & Huggies (We do accept returns on Ear Cuffs)

Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be elegible for a refund

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. Refund will always be processed to the original payment method.

If you would like to return an item you originally bought from one of our A&M Stockists or Concessions, please return it directly to them within 28 days of purchase.

All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:
Unworn

No signs of wear or damage

In its orginal condition and packaging

Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

To refund or exchange a gift, please use our online returns portal and select the ‘Gift Return’ option. Please note we can only process refunds through the method of payment the item was originally purchased

To exchange the gift, please send us the item in original packaging, including the gift receipt. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

Custom & Duties

Orders to UK & Ireland are duties free. If you’re based in the EU please order from our eu.astridandmiyu.com site, your orders placed on there will be duties free. For International orders, some custom fees & duties will apply.

You will be contacted by a third party company to pay your custom fees.
