Due to the new government restrictions, all of our London store locations will now be closed until further notice. We do, however, still have our Selfridges Manchester concession, open & available for our piercing throughout the Christmas period. In the meantime, any London service appointments will be cancelled (but, if you have booked - look out for an email in your inbox for a special treat!)

Sadly our stores will be temporarily closed from 5th November. All appointments will be cancelled after that date. Why not purchase an e-gift card so that you can use this in our stores once they are back up and running, treating yourself to a new piercing, tattoo or something sparkly!

During this time, you can continue to shop on our ecommerce store as normal and our couriers have strict guidelines in place to ensure all orders are delivered safely. We have free UK delivery and returns for you to take advantage of and we have also extended our returns policy to 2 months and will employ extra safety methods when accepting any returns during this period.

Our online platform is now as important as ever and continuing to shop with us here will help us survive through such an uncertain time. All small/medium businesses and independents may struggle to survive during this period so we urge you to think of them and to help us all get through this together. Our customers mean the world to us and your kind words and thoughtful messages are making us stronger and more determined to get through the other side.

We are working very closely with our warehouse and couriers to keep everyone up to date on any shipping delays. Royal Mail are experiencing delays up to 72 hours due to low staffing but they are working extremely hard to delivery orders within 5 -10 working days. Royal Mail will not ask for signatures when handing over parcels to customers and will place the item at the door. Having knocked on the door, the driver will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

International deliveries may be delayed due to low staffing within shipping/delivery companies but we are doing all we can to ensure they leave our warehouse on time.

We have disabled the 'Next Day' delivery option as unfortunately we can't guarantee this at the moment. 

We are still accepting returns, however we urge you to email prior to returning and our team can look into potentially resolving beforehand. When items have been returned, our warehouse will dispose of all packaging and the item put in a fresh bag with the received date written on it. It will then be set aside for 72 hours before returning to stock. We have also extended our returns policy for an extra 2 months, see delivery and returns page for more information.

Our pre-order services are still operating as usual. If an item is on pre-order, you can purchase these as normal and when back in stock you will be the first to receive the item. Some items may show as ‘sold out’ rather than ‘pre order’, once we have more clarity on shipping dates we will then update these to pre order. If you are waiting on a particular product and unsure when this will be available, please email us at and we can investigate this for you.

Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus for handling post or freight from specified areas. From experience with other coronaviruses, they have advised that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. Please visit for any further queries or concerns you may have regarding their service.

We have taken stringent precautions at our warehouse and are being updated daily on staff, circumstances and any other important information. Our warehouse team are following strict protocol when it comes to hygiene and abiding by all government advice.

Our warehouse are diligently following all government advice to protect the team during this time - taking all precautionary measures possible including social distancing, enhanced cleaning, hygiene and voluntary self isolation where needed. Team members with their own health problems or with high-risk family at home have been offered furlough to assure their safety and well being.

Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later and is available at checkout. Once you've placed your order using Klarna, you'll receive an email from them within 2 days with payment instructions, you will also receive your usual Astrid & Miyu confirmation email. You'll then have 30 days to complete the payment online.
