Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Astrid & Miyu will offer promotional codes at points of sale. Astrid & Miyu has the right to further reduce its products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

Please note that the below terms apply:

• Welcome Offer: Welcome discounts are for new customers only and are one time use. They cannot be combined with any other promotion code and are not valid in any Astrid & Miyu concessions. It will not be valid on stacking sets, advent calendars, gift sets, in store services or gift cards.
• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
• Astrid & Miyu reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
• Refunds will take into account the discount.

• Refer A Friend Gift With Purchase: The referrer is offered 1500 loyalty points or £15 for each friend who orders for the first time. To benefit from this offer your friends must place their first order by Friday, 12 June 2026 at 23:30 BST. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Astrid & Miyu and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.

  The Referred friend is offered a free pair of Dome Huggies when they place their first order subject to a £90 / €110 minimum spend. Online purchases only; excludes pre-orders & Gift Cards. To benefit from this offer you must be referred and place with your first order before Friday, 5 June 2026 at 23:30 BST.

• If you purchase something within a Gift With Purchase promotion and you wish to return it, you will also need to return the gift you received if it falls below the Gift With Purchase threshold.
• Offers do not include delivery charges or gift wrap.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.
• Blue Light Discount can only be used once by customers. Excludes sale items, stacking sets, gift cards, in-store services and solid gold jewellery. Cannot be combined with any other promotion or be redeemed in conjunction with loyalty points. Only valid with a Blue Light Card account.
• Refer A Friend: Referrer and referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions in a single order. 
• Loyalty: Rewards are valid online and in-store but cannot be combined with any other promotion. Rewards cannot be redeemed at Selfridges or Fenwick concessions. Rewards are not valid on gift cards. One use per customer. Any Loyalty points earned on additional orders will appear in your account 14 days after purchase. Points are valid for 12 months. Our Loyalty Program points and rewards are only valid in the country your account was created in. For example, if you have an account with us on our Global website (www.astridandmiyu.com), you won't be able to use them on our US website (us.astridandmiyu.com) or EU website (eu.astridandmiyu.com). However, we are able to transfer points earned abroad to your native account. If you shop abroad in one of our stores, please keep your receipt for proof of purchase, and our Customer Care Team will happily transfer your points to your native account. A&M has the right to revoke your Club A&M account if misused.
• Birthday Rewards: You will receive loyalty points into your account on the day of your birthday. To be notified of this you must be opted into emails.
• Recycling Scheme: You are limited to receiving 250 loyalty points every 3 months for recycling jewellery with us. Jewellery you bring for recycling must be A&M jewellery only, and we can only recycle sterling silver pieces.
• US Sale: Up to 50% off selected lines in the 'Sale' section of the website. This offer is running from 8am EDT May 18th 2026 till 8am EDT June 1st 2026. Cannot be combined with any other promotions. Loyalty codes can be used in conjunction at the checkout. Loyalty points will be applied to your account after 14 days.
