If you can't wear welded jewellery, you can always add a clasp. Just ask your jeweller to add it to your bracelet or anklet during your appointment. No extra charge.

Solid Gold is not magnetic so it won't set off alarms, such as in airport security
Yes! The minimum age is 10, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
This is dependent on the store, but we recommend booking a welded bracelet, ring or anklet appointment to avoid disappointment!
Yes we do! Book your appointment in our Notting Hill, Kings Road, Leeds, Glasgow, Bath & Edinburgh Stores.
You can add up to two charms to our Marylebone Chain Anklet only. Currently the other chains aren't available for charms.
Yes, there is a 1 year warranty with a month guarantee for loss. Outside of the month, as long as you have your chain and it's in a good condition, the jeweller can re-weld this in a booked appointment. You can call your nearest store or contact Customer Service to arrange this with us!
Our Permanent Rings are measured and welded to fit your fingers, but they're not 'permanent' like our anklets and bracelets. If you see a fault or break in your chain within one year of purchase, you can bring it into the store for it to be fixed. Sadly we're not able to replace lost Permanent Rings.
While we love the fact these are "seamless bracelets", if you do need to take it off they can they can be permanently removed with a pair of sharp scissors. We also offer optional clasps for our permanent bracelets and anklets.
If the chain is broken after the year but you still have the chain, one of our jewellers can re-weld it back on for a £30 fee.
The chain would have to be in good condition. If you are unsure you can always make an appointment with a jeweller in store for them to assess the chain.
Yes, you can book an appointment for permanent rings here. If you need another size other than our standard (J,L,N,P,S) or you would like to add charms to your ring, this can be done during your appointment!
You can call your nearest store and they will happily book you in for a warranty appointment.
Otherwise, you can reach out to our Customer Connection Team and they can book in an appointment for you.

Yes, anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get permanent jewellery.
Yes! Our welding machines are operated by expert jewellers to ensure a smooth experience!
WARRANTY / RE-WELDING APPOINTMENTS
Warranty: Book a Warranty appointment if you have lost your chain within one month of your appointment or it has broken within your 1-year warranty period. If the chain is broken, but otherwise in good condition, one of our jewellers can re-weld it for you.
Re-Welding: Book a Re-welding appointment if you're beyond your 1-year warranty and your chain has broken, but you still have it. As long as the chain is in good condition, one of our jewellers can re-weld it for a £30 service fee.
